About Myself
Ed Paskan
My name is Ed Paskan, and I have been serving Southwest Pennsylvania in the real estate industry for over 50 years. In the 1990s, I was designated as Area Management Broker for HUD, responsible for the appraisals of all FHA properties across Southwestern PA. After my contract expired, I continued working in these areas, giving me extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods in Allegheny, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.
Accent Realty Service is a professional appraisal company, providing an economic evaluation of your property—in other words, I can tell you what it’s worth. However, I AM NOT a surveyor—if you have property boundary issues, you need a surveyor. Additionally, if you are looking to refinance or obtain a new mortgage, PLEASE contact your lender first, as they typically require their own appraiser. Lastly, I am certified for residential properties only—if your property is commercial, you will need to contact a commercial or “general” appraiser.
